What conflict is within football?

In the football community there is a lot of conflict between the team, but also there is a lot of conflict with other people. Through the team people are competing for starting spots on the team and that can create some trouble. People think they are good enough to start and they might be, but for a reason coaches don't believe they should be there. When someone thinks they are better then someone at a position they might start talking about it and it could turn into a fight. Also, if you were running all day in hot weather and wearing pads, i think you would be a little on your bad side to. There is also conflict off the field and not through the team. Lets say you lose a game and other people are talking about it. Someone says something to you about the game. For example, "What happened to you guys? You guys did horrible." That might start some trouble with somebody. Trust me, when you lose a game your not the happiest to hear about it the next day. Nobody wants to relive a loss. Also, other people who play other sports might believe their sport is better. Some times people even fight on who's sport they think is harder. That also starts a lot of big problems. I say you can't judge how hard something is until you have actually tried it.

Conflict

I just listened to a website about conflict. It pretty much told me about how when conflict does come in any way, you just wanna try to get out of it in the best way. It might not be easy, or fast. It will take some time and guts to do but will be worth it in the end. You just need to go talk to the person and ask why they did what they did and ask them what you did to make them angry. Ask if it hurt their feelings. Apologize for whatever you did. If they don't apologize back thats just their problem. But if they apologize back you can be friends again and the conflict was resolved. Just remember to listen to them and explain as well as you can what happened. Hopefully everything works out as you plan them to. If the conflict is not resolved right away it may be resolved later on. You just have to be patient.
