Hitler and the Jews
A big question that is asked a lot is, Why was there such big conflict between Hitler and the Jews? I mean what could have made him mad enough to want to kill millions of them? Some people claim it is from early experiences from early in his life. Some say he wanted revenge for that experience. Hitler faced many rejections and did not know how to simply blame himself. As he grew up he grew race hate towards the Jews. As a student he studied art and architecture. He had many interests in art and wanted to pursue a career in it. He felt he was very talented. He dreamt of becoming a professional artist. As he got older he was rejected more often (particularly by Jews) Hence that is why he grew hatred towards them. He claimed they shattered his dreams. He saw them as "less then vermin." When all hope was lost for his dreams in art he started towards politics. Which later he ran for president of Germany. When he became leader he decided he was in a position to show his hatred towards the Jews.

What conflict is within football?
In the football community there is a lot of conflict between the team, but also there is a lot of conflict with other people. Through the team people are competing for starting spots on the team and that can create some trouble. People think they are good enough to start and they might be, but for a reason coaches don't believe they should be there. When someone thinks they are better then someone at a position they might start talking about it and it could turn into a fight. Also, if you were running all day in hot weather and wearing pads, i think you would be a little on your bad side to. There is also conflict off the field and not through the team. Lets say you lose a game and other people are talking about it. Someone says something to you about the game. For example, "What happened to you guys? You guys did horrible." That might start some trouble with somebody. Trust me, when you lose a game your not the happiest to hear about it the next day. Nobody wants to relive a loss. Also, other people who play other sports might believe their sport is better. Some times people even fight on who's sport they think is harder. That also starts a lot of big problems. I say you can't judge how hard something is until you have actually tried it.
Conflict
I just listened to a website about conflict. It pretty much told me about how when conflict does come in any way, you just wanna try to get out of it in the best way. It might not be easy, or fast. It will take some time and guts to do but will be worth it in the end. You just need to go talk to the person and ask why they did what they did and ask them what you did to make them angry. Ask if it hurt their feelings. Apologize for whatever you did. If they don't apologize back thats just their problem. But if they apologize back you can be friends again and the conflict was resolved. Just remember to listen to them and explain as well as you can what happened. Hopefully everything works out as you plan them to. If the conflict is not resolved right away it may be resolved later on. You just have to be patient.

Football
You might ask how is football a community? Well, on a football team you will probably have people who like each other, and dislike each other. There are a lot of different personalities, People who are queit, and also people with hot heads. There are also people who are small and big, quick and slow, tall and short. There are a lot of ways for problems to start. It doesn't help that football is a contact sport, and someone is usually getting tackled on every play. Football players should treat each other like brothers because you'll be with those guys for a year unless you play all through high school. Than you'll be with them for 4 years. I wouldn't want to have a problem with a teammate for 4 years. And it's had to work together when everyone else is fighting or everyone is mad. And if your not working together, i doubt you will win any games at all. If someone is messing around tell them to quit it or ignore them and let them get the consequences they deserve. Do not get yourself into trouble because others are. If you don't like someone you should at least stick it out for the season and not make scenes at practice. If you want to be a winning team you need to be disciplined and hard working. Work together and help people out. If someone does something wrong then help them out and don't put them down. Practice hard, and be a good teammate.
